Subject: Energy Conservation Policies

             Driven by management’s commitment to maximizing energy efficiency, establishing the organization as part of the effort to mitigate climate change pollution and utilizing natural resources productively to minimize environmental impact, the Company has established the following policies as a unified guideline:

1. The Company will establish an energy management system as an integral part of the Company’s business operations.

2. The Company will establish annual energy conservation plans and targets appropriate to its energy usage and communicate these to employees to ensure understanding and proper implementation.

3. The Company views energy conservation as a responsibility shared by all employees at every level, who must cooperate in complying with laws related to energy conservation and energy management.

4. The Company will continuously improve energy efficiency and shall hold regular meetings to review the policies, targets, and energy management plans on an ongoing basis.

5. The Company will provide support by allocating resources, personnel, budget, working time, and training to energy development initiatives.

In addition, all announcements issued before this one are hereby revoked.
