             Asian Marine Services Public Company Limited is committed to protecting, controlling, and preventing environmental impacts on communities and society resulting from ship repair, construction, and other operational processes. The Company clearly communicates these policies to its executives, employees, contractors, and partners, as well as to neighboring communities. The key points are as follows:

     1. The Company has considered internal and external factors impacting its environmental management system to establish measurement methods and management measures to mitigate the impacts from internal factors and external factors.

     2. The Company is committed to establishing an environmental management system to protect and prevent environmental pollution from ship repair, shipbuilding, and other operational processes.

​

     3. The Company is committed to complying with all applicable environmental laws and regulations, including environmental aspects of the Company that relate to various laws and regulations and utilizing resources worthily by methods that the Company can appropriately implement.

     4. The Company is committed to continuous improvement in protecting, preventing, and reducing pollution that may arise from ship repair, shipbuilding, and other operational processes.

     5. The Company is committed to the continuous development and improvement of its environmental management system to effectively achieve its established environmental objectives and targets.

​

     6. The Company is committed to fostering an understanding and awareness of the importance of environmental preservation among all employees and those working on its behalf, in line with the Company’s environmental policies, including disclosing the environmental policies to the public.

These policies are available to the public upon request.

These policies are effective from January 8, 2018 onwards.
