Subject: Occupational Health and Safety Policies

             The Company prioritizes occupational health and safety as essential to its business operations. Concurrently, the Company communicates with executives, employees at all levels, and all relevant parties to foster awareness, understanding, and appropriate implementation. To this end, the Company has established the following occupational health and safety policies as a guide for operations in this area:

1. The Company will implement and develop an occupational health and safety management system that meets ISO 45001 standards appropriately, in compliance with applicable legal requirements and other standards related to the organization’s occupational health and safety, as defined by the organization.

2. The Company is committed to providing a healthy and safe working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health, while continuously supporting the advancement of occupational health and safety management and performance.

3. The Company is committed to eliminating and preventing hazards from work processes and other sources, as well as risks of all levels, that impact occupational health and safety management. Annual occupational health and safety objectives are established, communicated, and disseminated to all stakeholders for implementation to drive continuous improvement.

4. The Company will provide support in the form of personnel, time, budget, and appropriate training.

5. The Company focuses on providing consulting services and emphasizes ensuring appropriate involvement of employees or their representatives.

6. Executives, employees at all levels, and all relevant personnel can immediately stop work if they observe unsafe conditions in the work environment or with a worker.

These policies are effective from March 27, 2023 onwards.
