          Asian Marine Services Public Company Limited is committed to sustainable business growth, prioritizing the quality and safety of its products and services. This commitment is founded on social and environmental responsibility and guided by strong corporate governance principles that prioritize effective supplier and contractor management throughout the supply chain. Accordingly, the Company has established the attached Supplier Code of Conduct in alignment with the principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).

          The Supplier and Contractor Code of Conduct of Asian Marine Services Public Company Limited and relevant laws and regulations shall serve as guidelines for business development and encourage suppliers and contractors to operate their businesses with responsibility, ethics, transparency, and accountability, in order to achieve sustainable growth together, as well as serve as guidelines for monitoring compliance with this Code of Conduct.
